Ephedrine banned from 1st July

Make sure you are not caught out by the new rules on ephedrine this year. It is banned from the 1st July 2004 in all BNBF, WNBF competitions.

Stop using it early so that you cannot be tested for it after this date. In fact why not look for a substitute now. Try other products that do not contain it now and then if you qualify for the Britain you will be able to maintain the same prep all the way through.

BNBF Bodybuilding Clubs

The BNBF has launched a new concept - The BNBF Bodybuilding Club. These clubs will meet at gyms around the country and provide a support network for enthusiasts and newcomers. Each club will be hosted by experienced bodybuilders and will be attended by WNBF Pro's and top BNBF competitors. The idea is to share experience, ideas and knowledge as well as enthusiasm.

It is the makings of a youth scheme for bodybuilding the like of other sports. Good luck to all who take part and watch this space for one in your area.
